Front-to-Rear Distribution: In normal driving, it defaults to a 90/10 front-to-rear power split for better fuel economy, but can route up to 70% of engine torque to the rear wheels when accelerating or facing slippery conditions.
Left-to-Right Torque Vectoring: Unlike traditional AWD, it actively routes engine torque not just to the rear axle, but specifically to the left or right rear wheel depending on which has more traction.
Overdriving the Rear Wheels: During cornering, it can speed up the outside rear wheel, actively pushing the car through turns to eliminate understeer and make the heavy SUV feel much more agile than your every day AWD vehicle like a CRV or Rav4!
